Renault is a French automaker which was founded back on 1899. Renault have two cars for the Bangladeshi market currently, one is a compact hatchback & another a SUV. Karnaphuli Motors Ltd is the official distributor of Renault cars in Bangladesh.

Renault Kwid – Priced at 12,50,000 BDT. This car has an automatic transmission which is the first time they introduced in Bangladesh with Easy-R Technology, which is a revolutionary 5-speed gearbox. The gear change is Shift Control Dial which allows to shift between Reverse, Neutral & Driver mode.

The car gets a 1 litre 3 cylinder engine. The engine produces 67 BHP @ 5500 RPM & 91 NM of Torque @ 4250 RPM. The car has a 28 litre fuel tank capacity and given it is Renault I think it will give a good mileage feedback.

Renault Duster – Priced at 33,00,000 BDT. This is a compact SUV from the brand and it is also one of the most popular around the world. This car has a 1500 cc 4 cylinder petrol engine which produces 105 BHP. It has a large booth space of 475 litres & a 50 litre fuel tank.
