To me personally 2019 was the BEST year of my life. Lots of things happened with me during this year and for all the good & bad ones am grateful to Almighty & my family & friends. Today I will share my top 5 moments of 2019 as it happened from January till December or 2019.
TVS Apache RTR160 4V Review : In an article before I mentioned my top 5 favorite BikeBD Video Review & you can guess that it was there. Even to these days people say that it was my BEST WORK as an host on any BikeBD Review. It all started back on tail end of 2018 when one of my mentor & teacher made a mocking video about me on the first impression video review of TVS Apache RTR4V.
It really fired me up and I came up with some outstanding plan of for the first time doing a video live carrying an onboard camera & do the speech, it was tried before but we were successful as it was with 4V review. My crew with Affan, Pritom & Nayeem did a great job & I still believe that it was one of my best work ever.
Visiting an Formula 1 with lots of DRAMA: Well first of all I waited 13 years for the moment, 2nd of all despite having my air ticket done, hotel payment & my grandstand tickets bought they rejected me from VISA for the first time but thankfully after facing an interview I managed to go there.
All the hard work paid off when I saw the race cars passing by me @ 300+ kmph on Saturday & also come Sunday on Raceday. The race wasn’t that much interesting but there were some great battle and overtake done by Kimi & Albon at turn 3-4 & Max vs SEB one lap battle. That 96 hours in China was the best moment of my life.
Yamaha FZS Fi V3 Review: Ok I admit the review wasn’t as good as it could have been but after being hospitalize with Dengue & gaining lots of weight & losing lots of confidence I never thought I will be able to do any bike review or even work for BikeBD. But thankfully with the support of my family, team BikeBD , Madmax I was able to do it & came back with my throttle full open & last not the least those 4 great souls who helped me by donating blood.
Bike Ride At Langkawi: It wasn’t my plan to go there but Shawan planned it for me & then we rented a Honda Beats out there, hence rode around 200 km in 3 days in the small island of Malaysia & it was worth every single km. Island hopping, Cable car ride & my most favorite karting at night time, that small trip had it all & I really enjoyed the time out there.
MotoGP race at Sepang: So after watching Formula 1 it was inevitable to watch the MotoGP race but I wasn’t expecting it to happen this year. Again thanks to Shabab bhai for helping me out and with support from Shawan. It was an wonderful experience to se the fastest 2 wheels going over 320 kmph on the start finish straight. The cherry on the cake was the track invasion after the race watching the podium celebration as close as possible.
2019 has been a fantastic year for me, there were other very good moments as well, most noteable mentions are Dhaka Bike Show 2019, Yamaha Riding Fiesta at Cox’s Bazar, visiting Coffee House at Kolkata which featured at Manna dey’s song & seeing some exclusive super cars & bikes at China & Malaysia.
The year didn’t ended well when I heard that one my good friend Ashan Habib died in an road accident, he was a great soul. It is sad that we lost a nice & charm person like him.
